is the first festival presented under operations of the new Los Angeles
Historic State Park.

State Park) is the starting and final destination /event for the ECO
CARAVAN lead by the organizing forces of the Willian C. Velasquez Institute
to clean parks and streets, planting trees and educating on the Environment.
